Hi, we are treebytree, a social enterprise on a mission to accelerate climate and environmental impact by empowering consumers and companies to play a positive role in the regeneration of nature. How? Through our self-built platform companies start their company forests and engage with their employees and consumers by gifting them trees. Gift a tree. Grow a forest. Make an impact! 💪
In the future we plan to kickstart more projects and allow companies and consumers to regenerate nature in different ways (by restoring coral reefs, taking plastic out of the ocean, saving turtles, ... you name it!)
Our ambition is to inspire and empower 100.000.000 consumers to respond to climate and environmental risks by 2030!
To achieve our ambition, we focus on big corporate clients with big consumer audiences. And your goal will be to develop and implement a holistic marketing plan that will help reach and engage our target audience.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a 360 customer campaigns that will activate our target audience to do good for the planet!
You will get a unique opportunity to be in the driver’s seat of the ambitious project to upgrade our current 20’s century marketing and sales process to 21st century marketing process.
Already in 2024 we plan to:
Optimize our current sales process using Hubspot;
Expand using CRM for an account-based marketing approach;
Launch and execute account-based marketing campaigns.
We’ll move to launching and executing demand generation marketing campaigns in early 2025.
You will be responsible for continuous improving of our sales kit, that will eventually include:
Marketing and POS materials;
Videos and tutorials;
Customer questionnaires and feedback forms;
Company publications.
You will be the key person to plan and organize our participation in the key sustainability events. And who knows, maybe sooner than later, you will be the one organizing our own event, because we are only starting our journey!

You are passionate about the mission of treebytree;
You enjoy working in a team and are flexible in taking on diverse tasks;
You are eager to learn and grow as a professional;
You are ambitious and eager to make a big impact!
You are computer savvy and work in or eager to learn useful computer tools;
You easily communicate across multiple stakeholders in English and Dutch;
You are able to work effectively with data, prioritise and handle multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail and dealing with uncertainty;
You are a proactive personality with the ability to think strategically and great presentation skills.
You have a successful Sales/Trade Marketing track record;
You have a WO/HBO degree (commercial/trade marketing discipline);
You are located in the Netherlands, preferably in or close to The Hague.

A salary range between €4500-€5000 (based on experience) and an unlimited public transport pass for trains, metros and buses;
